We will review returns within 48 hours of we receiving an written email and honor returns up to 30 days from the date you received the item(s). Returns will only be accepted on unworn, tagged and unused merchandise. Custom made products jewelry & accessories are not returnable. Order cancellation will be only accepted within 24 working hours of the order being placed and post 24 hours the refund would be at the sole discretion of Jinder’s Fashion. Post 24 hours if the order has been already processed with, cancellations would not be accepted under any circumstances.

1. We are unable to accept returns on any products unless it is a damaged / manufacturing defect / damaged during transportation / Wrong product delivered.

2. Jinder’s Fashion will not provide the option of exchange for any reason including colour mismatch or exchanges for size.

3. In case you have ordered the wrong size, we can offer to alter it without a charge. However, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

4. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged / manufacturing defect / damaged during transportation / Wrong product delivered, you should email us a photo of the same product. You must email us at within 48 hours of receiving your order.

5. Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange / store credit on a case-by-case basis.

6. All returns are subject to verification by our quality team at Jinder’s Fashion.

8.We will maximum pay for the return shipping up to USD 30.00 (INR 1800) , ( incase it’s our fault ) as credit voucher code for which you need to forward us the scan copy of shipping receipt for the same on

9.Please note that a $9.99 (INR 600) re-stocking fee will be deducted from your credit.

10.This credit note will be valid for 6 months and will be given once the products are received by us in, a stable and intact position (without any wear and tear) and passed by our quality department.

11. Please note that once the parcel has been sent across, a valid tracking # has to be provided via an email or a telephonic conversation so that we can trace the product  and get you a confirmation once we receive it.
